Michael Wilkinson, Founder and Managing Partner
Michael is the founder of Leo Jack Ltd. with 15 years experience in specialist Search and Recruitment. He started his career within the unique field of global law enforcement search, before moving into senior appointments within PE-backed portfolio companies. He now leads the focus on Portfolio leadership and Private Equity search.
Working between London and his home town of Brighton, Michael explores the best of both cities and enjoys travel and wild swimming.

Alexander is Director of Alternative Investment Practice with a primary focus on Private Equity. He joined Leo Jack in 2021, bringing with him 6 years experience in Finance and Executive Search. He started his career within Technical Finance, before progressing into Finance Leadership & C-Suite appointments within PE-backed portfolio companies. Working between London and Brighton, Alex is an avid writer and explorer, and he's always on the look-out for his next adventure.
